Biography

Shannon Stark completed her MASc degree in transportation engineering at TMU in 2023. She has a background in Engineering and Architecture, and experience in Transportation, Stormwater and Wastewater. Her skills include geometric roadway design, traffic operations and safety analysis. She is also knowledgeable about Low Impact Development (LID), LEED, Lean Thinking and the Ontario Building Code (OBC).
