Congratulations to Kimia Kamal on successfully defending her PhD thesis on December 03, 2024. Dr. Kamal completed her undergraduate in Civil Engineering in 2013 at the Isfahan University of Technology and master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 2016. In January 2021 she was admitted to the Ph.D. program at Toronto Metropolitan University under the supervision of Dr. Farooq. Her thesis developed original research on hybrid theory and data driven approches for causality modelling in travel behaviour.
